after the taste of cake at his birthday party, the kiddo is back to his regularly-scheduled diet of: eggs, meat, fish, fruits and veg, plain yogurt, occasional cod liver oil and sauerkraut. (we are lucky he LOVES it all and isn’t picky.)
the WHO and our pediatrician dr. quock also recommend that he stays on the breastmilk for a while— at least 2.5 years if we can swing it. apparently all those antibodies in milk are great well into toddlerhood. meanwhile, we seem to have a strong and healthy big boy in the making!
